Our flag football league is currently seeking volunteers for the upcoming fall season and needs help generally to operate the flag football program.
WE NEED YOUR HELP:
The scope and success of this league will be determined by the number of volunteers, coaches, and referees we can count on. Each team needs two dedicated coaches and each game needs 2 referees. Volunteers are needed.
The current commissioners have kids that have aged out of league play and are stepping down from running flag football, so we need the support of new volunteers to continue the Flag Football Program. We’re happy to provide instruction and coaching materials to all volunteers. Time commitment is minimal as we do not hold any weekday practice and play only on Sunday mornings.

· Need for volunteers: Flag football, like many youth sports, is 100 percent volunteer based.
· Roles: Volunteer positions are varied and include:
o Coaching (head and assistant)
o Referees
o Other support roles (e.g., field setup/breakdown, event assistance, administrative tasks)
· Recruitment: Actively recruiting volunteers, during the registration period. If we don’t get the proper volunteers to run the program, all registrations will be refunded.
· Requirements: Volunteer coaches need to complete background checks and required clearances.
