2019 – 10-12 Girls Schedule – (Posted 4/5/19 and subject to change)
Learning more advanced fundamentals of softball is the main focus of the girl’s 10-12 softball league. This is a fast paced game and gives every child a chance to learn the game while having fun. The league introduces live fast pitch mechanics, offensive and defensive mechanics, base running skills and teamwork.
Games are usually played on Saturday and / or Sunday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. with some games played on week nights at 5:45 p.m. or 6 p.m. (Tues, Wed or Thurs). Practices are initiated by each coach, not the league. Games have a 2 hour time limit. You are encouraged to collaborate amongst each other and discuss optimum practice times with your coach. Coaches and assistant coaches are highly encouraged to help out in this fast paced instructional league.
Please indicate your willingness to help out with coaching or assistant coaching during the online or walk in registration process. All teams qualify for the playoffs. All players show case their talent levels for the coaches to help ensure a fair break down of the teams. The rain date is scheduled for Sunday March 20th, same time, same location.
